PatternAI Terms of Service

Applies To: PatternAI website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
• “PatternAI,” “we,” “us,” “our” means PatternAI Pvt Ltd, India, with registered address at 1 ST FLOOR, ASHWINI LAYOUT, 2ND MAIN, EGIPURA, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA, 560047.
• “You,” “your” means the individual or entity using the Services.
• “Account” means a registered user profile used to access the Services.
• “User Content” means anything you upload, submit, or transmit (e.g., images, photos, prompts, text, metadata).
• “Output” means content generated or produced through the Services using User Content and/or Service features.
• “PatternAI Content” means content we provide (UI, templates, sample assets, documentation, and any library content we own or license to you).
• “Paid Services” means subscriptions, plans, add-ons, or other paid features.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
2.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. The Services
3.1 PatternAI provides tools that may include virtual try-on, styling workflows, asset selection, uploads, storage, and image generation/editing features.
3.2 We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3.3 Some features may be beta/experimental and may be less reliable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• violate any law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• upload content you do not have rights to use (including images of people without required consent);
• generate or share output that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or used for impersonation;
• bypass security, abuse rate limits, scrape the Services, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• use the Services to build or train competing products using protected parts of PatternAI services.
5. User Content (Uploads, Prompts, and Inputs)
5.1 You are solely responsible for your User Content and required rights/consents.
5.2 You grant PatternAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, process, and display User Content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services and comply with law.
5.3 Service Improvement Use. PatternAI may use de-identified or aggregated User Content/Output to improve the Services, including quality and performance, subject to the Privacy Policy.
5.4 We may remove or restrict User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, harms others, or creates legal risk.
6. Output (Generated Results)
6.1 Output may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users.
6.2 Output is provided for creative/visualization purposes. PatternAI does not guarantee fit accuracy, measurement precision, brand authenticity, or real-world results.
6.3 You are responsible for how you use Output, including third-party rights and legal compliance.
7. Rights and Ownership
7.1 You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license in Section 5.
7.2 As between you and PatternAI, you own your Output to the extent permitted by law.
7.3 PatternAI owns the Services, software, UI, trademarks, and PatternAI Content.
7.4 Asset library content may only be used as permitted in the Services and these Terms.
8. Paid Services, Billing, and Taxes
8.1 By purchasing Paid Services, you agree to fees shown at checkout and applicable taxes.
8.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
8.3 Payments may be processed by third-party providers. PatternAI does not store full card details.
8.4 Plan pricing/features may change with notice.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, storage, authentication). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms.
10. Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant PatternAI a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without compensation.
11. Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services/users.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATTERNAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• PATTERNAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
• PATTERNAI’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PATTERNAI FOR PAID SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PatternAI and its affiliates from claims arising out of your content, your use, or your violation of these Terms/law.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content infringes your copyright, email copyright@patternai.in with required notice details.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
